GLP-1 telehealth intake funnel and checkout, launch to live
Building a GLP-1 telehealth startup from launch to live: a quiz-style patient intake funnel run in two versions, Stripe checkout tested early against standard placement, plus the backend and dashboard behind both.
The problem
A new GLP-1 brand with no funnel and no opinion yet on where money should be asked for. Ask too early and you lose people who were still deciding. Ask too late and you pay for traffic that was never going to convert. Nobody can argue that from a whiteboard.
What I built
A quiz-style patient intake funnel in two shapes, a long form that qualifies properly and a short one that gets to the point, running against each other on live traffic. Behind them, two checkout placements: payment taken early in the flow, and payment at the standard point after the medical questions.
Pricing that survives a change of mind
Plan and pricing logic that holds up when a patient goes back three steps, swaps a plan, or changes a dose. The state a patient ends on is the state they get charged for, which sounds obvious and is where most of these funnels quietly break.
The part behind the curtain
The backend and internal dashboard sitting under both paths, so the team can see who is mid-intake, who paid, who needs a provider, without asking an engineer for a query.
Where it landed
Live, with the winning path picked by the numbers instead of by whoever spoke loudest in the meeting.
