From your clinician
You asked me twice this month whether we were being too cautious holding you at 1.0 mg. Here is the honest answer: the dose is doing what a higher one would do, and it is doing it without the Tuesday nausea you had in January. There is no prize for climbing the ladder faster.
The number I actually watch is not the scale. It is whether you are eating enough protein to keep the weight you lose from coming out of muscle, and this week you averaged 96 grams. That is the first week you have been within a rounding error of where I want you. Keep the eggs at breakfast.
One thing to change, and it is small. You have logged two evenings of constipation. Magnesium after dinner, and drink more than feels necessary before the injection, not after. If it is still there in a fortnight, tell me before the review rather than at it.
